Packages include transportation, accommodation, most meals and experienced guide.
Transportation from Vancouver to Cortes Island and return, and includes 3 ferry rides. Includes all transportation on Cortes Island.
Guide will take guests:
* To amazing tranquil sandy beaches where you can relax and unwind . Here at low tide you can explore tidal pools, enjoy the sea life, and walk for miles beachcombing. At high tide you can swim in the calm sea or enjoy canoeing in the sunset.
* On hikes through magical fairylike old-growth rain forests, and up Easter Bluff where you can view the many surrounding islands.
* On tours of local attractions and gift shops which feature art and crafts by local artists, and a visit to an authentic medieval castle handbuilt by one of the local residents (fondly known as King Karl). This castle was featured on Canadian TV on a program of unusual homes in Canada. The castle has on display many antiques and artifacts of the middle ages. A real treat for both adults and children.
* Kayak and fishing tours can be arranged if desired.

Luxury Home
Exclusive use of a beachfront home for 7 nights. The house has 5 rooms with two double beds and private bathroom. Guests will have use of a games room, large TV and VCR, heated salt water swimming pool, kitchen and barbecue. All meals will be provided.
Available July and August.
Luxury home on beach with 2 double beds and private bathrooms, sea views, heated salt water swimming pool, games room. Breakfast provided. Other meals will be arranged by your guide.

Cortes Island Motel, large rooms with 2 double beds, private bathroom, kitchen facilities.
